Most adults see the Web as a supplement to their daily lives tapping into it for information, occasional purchases and linking up with others who share their passions but for the most part, their social lives remain rooted in phone or face-to-face interaction. Generation @ live comfortably in both worlds at once using many media forms simultaneously.

In preparing my presentation for the ALT-C 2006 conference next week it got me thinking about how prepared are we for when these highly new media literate users enter Higher Education ?

Maybe next week can shed some light on the subject….
