			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our paper (written with Mark Shufflebottom) presented at Serious Games on the move 2008, was recently selected for publication in the January 2009 issue of Networks (published by INSPIRE, Anglia Ruskin University&#8217;s Centre for Learning and Teaching). </p>
<p>The project, a collaboration between the School of Heath and Social Care and NHS South West, was one of three HSC e-learning initiatives granted funding during 2007. Mark worked with myself and Ruth Lewis from the HSC Clinical Skills team to create a web-based virtual simulation of an infection control scenario. </p>

The project, a collaboration between the School of Heath and Social Care and NHS South West, was one of three HSC e-learning initiatives granted funding during 2007. Mark worked with myself and Ruth Lewis from the HSC Clinical Skills team to create a web-based virtual simulation of an infection control scenario. This presentation included a brief q and a and a demo of the application.</p>

The project, a collaboration between the School of Heath and Social Care and NHS South West, was one of three HSC e-learning initiatives granted funding during 2007. Mark worked with myself and Ruth to create a web-based virtual simulation of an infection control scenario &#8211; an interactive environment allowing interprofessional education for pre-qualified and qualified staff and letting learners engage with the simulation, anytime, anyplace, anywhere&#8230;&#8230; </p>
